It has six arms The arms are covered in nylon so the Patisa batch doesn’t stick to them. Stainless steel tray is fitted to the machine as standard and we can provide safety guarding. The Patisa batch is placed in the machine and the arms pull and stretch the mass. The pulling process makes the Patisa mass become whitened and become aerated.
